Exchange/Return Shipping Fees

- In the case of defective products or incorrect shipment, the seller bears the exchange and return shipping costs.

- For exchanges and returns due to simple change of mind, the customer bears the round-trip shipping costs.

- For international shipments, shipping costs vary by country, and the buyer bears the exchange/return shipping costs for simple change of mind.

※Exchanges and returns may be restricted in the following cases:*

- More than 7 days have passed since receiving the product.

- The product has been damaged or used due to the customer's fault.

- The product's packaging or included components have been damaged or lost.

- The product's value has significantly decreased due to the customer's negligence.

- Resale is difficult due to the passage of time.

- The product is custom-made or made to order.

- Exchanges and returns are restricted under relevant laws and regulations.

- Order cancellation is possible before the product is shipped.

- Cancellation is not possible after the product has been shipped; exchanges and returns must be processed instead.

- Card approval cancellation and refunds may take approximately 3-7 business days depending on the payment method.

Shipping fee: 3,000 KRW

Free shipping: On orders totaling 50,000 KRW or more

Delivery time: Items ship within 1–3 business days after payment is completed.

Additional shipping fees may apply for Jeju Island and other remote/mountainous areas.

For shipping to Singapore, fees of approximately 16,500–21,000 KRW may apply.
