Terms of Service

Chapter 1 General Provisions

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms of Service are intended to set forth the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and users, and other necessary matters, in connection with the use of internet-related services (the "Services") provided by the online mall 'Cosmetique De Rama' (cremederama.com, the "Shopping Mall"), operated by Derama Global Co., Ltd. (the "Company").

Article 2 (Definitions)

•       "Shopping Mall" refers to the virtual place of business established by the Company using computers and other information and communications facilities to enable the trading of goods or services with users.

•       "User" refers to members and non-members who access the Shopping Mall and receive services provided by the Company under these Terms.

•       "Member" refers to a person who has registered as a member by providing personal information to the Shopping Mall, and who may continuously receive information from the Shopping Mall and continuously use the services provided by the Shopping Mall.

•       "Non-member" refers to a person who uses services provided by the Shopping Mall without registering as a member.

Article 3 (Disclosure and Amendment of Terms)

1. The Company posts the content of these Terms, along with its trade name, the name of its representative, the address of its place of business, phone number, email address, business registration number, and mail-order business registration number, on the main page of the Shopping Mall so that users can easily access them.

2. The Company may amend these Terms to the extent that it does not violate relevant laws such as the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc. and the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions.

3. When the Company amends these Terms, it will specify the effective date and the reasons for the amendment and give notice on the main page of the Shopping Mall, together with the current Terms, from 7 days before the effective date until the day before the effective date. However, where the amendment is unfavorable to users, the Company will give notice with at least 30 days' advance notice.

Article 4 (Rules Other Than These Terms)

Matters not stipulated in these Terms and the interpretation of these Terms are governed by the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc., the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions, the Consumer Protection Guidelines for Electronic Commerce, etc. established by the Fair Trade Commission, other relevant laws, and commercial practice.


Chapter 2 Membership Registration and Contract

Article 5 (Formation of the Service Contract)

1. The service contract is formed when a user agrees to the content of these Terms, applies for membership, and the Company accepts that application.

2. The Company may withhold acceptance of, or subsequently terminate the service contract for, applications that fall under any of the following:

•       Where the applicant has previously lost membership status

•       Where the application is not made under the applicant's real name or uses another person's name

•       Where false information is provided, or information requested by the Company is not provided

•       Where a child under the age of 14 has not obtained the consent of a legal representative

Article 6 (Changes to Member Information)

Members may view and modify their own personal information at any time through the personal information management screen.


Chapter 3 Use of Services

Article 7 (Purchase Applications and Consent to Provision of Personal Information, etc.)

Users apply to purchase goods on the Shopping Mall by the following or similar methods, and the Company must clearly provide the following information to users when they apply to purchase:

•       Searching for and selecting goods, etc.

•       Entering the recipient's name, address, phone number, email address, etc.

•       Confirming the content of the Terms, services for which the right of withdrawal is restricted, and costs such as shipping and installation fees

•       An indication of agreement to these Terms and confirmation or refusal of item 3 above

•       Consent to the application to purchase goods, etc. and confirmation thereof, or confirmation by the Company

•       Selection of payment method

Article 8 (Formation of Contract)

The Company may withhold acceptance of a purchase application under Article 7 in any of the following cases:

•       Where the application contains false information, omissions, or errors

•       Where a minor attempts to purchase goods or services, such as tobacco or alcohol, whose purchase is prohibited under the Juvenile Protection Act

•       Where the Company determines that accepting the purchase application would cause significant technical difficulty

The contract is deemed to be formed at the time the Company's acceptance reaches the user.

Article 9 (Payment Method)

Payment for goods or services purchased on the Shopping Mall may be made using any of the following available methods:

•       Payment by credit card or other cards

•       Real-time account transfer, bankbook-less deposit, and other account transfer methods

•       Payment by other electronic payment methods

※ For payment security, this Shopping Mall uses the KG Inicis payment system, and sensitive payment-related information such as credit card information is not directly stored by the Company but is processed securely through the PG company (KG Inicis).

Article 10 (Notice of Receipt, and Changes to and Cancellation of Purchase Applications)

The Company sends a notice of receipt to a user when the user submits a purchase application. A user who receives a notice of receipt may, if there is any discrepancy in the expression of intent, immediately request a change to or cancellation of the purchase application after receiving the notice of receipt.

Article 11 (Supply of Goods, etc.)

Unless otherwise agreed with the user regarding the timing of supply of goods, etc., the Company takes the necessary measures to ship the goods within 7 days from the date the user submits the order.

Article 12 (Withdrawal of Subscription, etc.)

1. A user who has entered into a contract with the Company for the purchase of goods, etc. may withdraw the subscription within 7 days from the date of receiving the written contract information under Article 13(2) of the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc. (or, if the goods are supplied later than that date, from the date of receiving the goods or the date the supply of the goods begins).

2. Once a user has received goods, etc., returns and exchanges are not possible in any of the following cases:

•       Where the goods, etc. have been lost or damaged due to a reason attributable to the user (except where the packaging, etc. was damaged in order to check the contents of the goods)

•       Where the value of the goods, etc. has significantly decreased due to use or partial consumption by the user

•       Where the value of the goods, etc. has significantly decreased due to the passage of time, to the extent that resale is difficult

•       Where the packaging of reproducible goods, etc. has been damaged

•       Where the product value has been impaired due to use by the consumer, such as cosmetics that have been opened and can no longer be resold for hygiene reasons

3. In the cases of items 2 through 4 above, if the Company did not clearly indicate on the packaging of the goods, etc. or prior to entering into the contract that the right of withdrawal is restricted, the user's right of withdrawal is not restricted.

Article 13 (Effects of Withdrawal of Subscription, etc.)

1. When the Company receives returned goods, etc. from a user, it refunds the amount already paid for the goods, etc. within 3 business days.

2. If the Company delays refunding the price of the goods, etc. to the user, it pays interest for the delay, calculated by applying the delay interest rate prescribed by the Enforcement Decree of the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc., for the period of the delay.

3. The cost of returning goods already supplied is borne by the user, and the return shipping cost arising from withdrawal of subscription is borne by the user or the Company depending on the reason for the return (borne by the user in the case of simple change of mind; borne by the Company in the case of a reason attributable to the Company or a defect in the goods).

Article 14 (Refunds)

If the Company is unable to deliver or provide goods, etc. that a user has applied to purchase due to being out of stock or other reasons, it notifies the user of the reason without delay, and if it has already received payment for the goods, etc., it refunds the payment or takes the measures necessary for a refund within 3 business days from the date payment was received.

Chapter 4 Miscellaneous

Article 15 (Protection of Personal Information)

The Company endeavors to protect users' personal information, and the collection, use, and management of personal information are governed by relevant laws and the Company's separately established Privacy Policy.

Article 16 (Obligations of the Company)

The Company does not engage in acts prohibited by law or these Terms or acts contrary to public order and morals, and endeavors to continuously and stably provide goods and services. The Company must maintain a security system to protect personal information (including credit information) so that users can use the Services safely.

Article 17 (Obligations of Users)

Users must not engage in any of the following acts:

•       Registering false information when applying for or changing information

•       Misappropriating another person's information

•       Altering information posted by the Company

•       Transmitting or posting information (such as computer programs) other than that specified by the Company

•       Infringing the copyright or other intellectual property rights of the Company or third parties

•       Damaging the reputation of, or interfering with the business of, the Company or third parties

Article 18 (Disclaimer)

The Company is exempted from liability for providing services where it is unable to do so due to a natural disaster or other force majeure event of an equivalent nature.

Article 19 (Dispute Resolution)

Litigation regarding e-commerce disputes arising between the Company and a user is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the district court having jurisdiction over the user's address at the time the suit is filed, or, if there is no such address, over the user's place of residence. However, if the user's address or place of residence is unclear at the time the suit is filed, or if the user resides abroad, the suit is filed with the court having jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act.

1. These Terms apply from August 5, 2026.
